Hey Matt.  Is that a Herpa 1:20 Delta DC-8 you have?  I'd love to see some closer pics of it!

On second look that looks like a 1:400 model.

    Sure. I am an artist in Oakland Ca. I have been trying to

produce dioramas as an ART form.  As of yet, I have not

seen this medium of art.  I started with nature (fishing) dioramas

and this has worked for me. Recently...(over two years) I have

produced four aviation dioramas for the wall. Most people can't

give-up the space for a (table-top) diorama. I try to work in 1:400th

but,  as you know, accesories are at a limit. I try to add a

asthetic appeal by taking liberties with lights and lines.  My aviation

features are all permanently mounted on dioramas so they work vertical."Come Fly With Me" wall diorama 4ft. x 8ft.

matt, does your wife know about all of those model planes?

Not only is that a great collection Matt but it is also very well displayed!
