1:500 LOT Polish Airlines ERJ-145MP by InFlight
My girlfriend is part Polish and she loves the itty bitty planes so I got this as her first model. It helped there is a heart on it too. ;)

Yeah the writing in the heart translates to something like great Christmas aid concert. ;) I saw an LTU Hertha Berlin plane too which makes me wish I'd bought it now :(
