Hobby Master
This latest Hobby Master is loaded with hot new items! With 17 models to choose from, be it a World War II-era fighter, a Vietnam War jet, or an advanced, 21st century aircraft, there is definitely something for all collectors!
 
Some of our favorites this time include a large, 1/32 scale F6F-3 Hellcat flown by 10-victory ace Lt. Richard E. Stambook in the Pacific Theater of WWII; a cutting-edge Lockheed Martin F-35A Lightning II; and a Douglas C-54A wearing a beautiful “Flying Tiger Line” livery.
 
The definite eye-catcher today, however, is the Signature Series RF-4C Phantom II with a name plate autographed by Weapons Systems Officer John Stiles of the 14th Tactical Reconnaissance Squadron stationed at Udorn during the Vietnam War. With 350 produced, this one is sure to go quick! This Phantom II is particularly unique because it was destroyed in January 1972 by the MiG-21 flown by Lt. Nguyen Hong My, who that same month was shot down by Major Dan Cherry – both Nguyen and Cherry contributed their signatures to models announced earlier this year!

Air Force 1
We are thrilled to announce the latest Air Force 1 Model Company aircraft! This beautiful 1/72 scale, die cast model of a Northrop Grumman X-47B, an Unmanned Combat Air Vehicle (UCAV) operated by the U.S. Navy, has the extraordinary detail found on Air Force 1 offerings, including a realistic air intake and exhaust port, accurately reproduced folding wingtips, optional-position weapons bay doors, and intricate wheel wells and heavy metal display stand.

Aviation 72
Now for something entirely different! The latest Aviation 72 releases, a Folland Gnat T.1 advanced trainer and a Westland Gazelle utility chopper, will add some international flavor to collectors’ displays! Each 1/72 scale, die cast model has a wonderful attention to detail, from engraved panel lines to well-equipped cockpits and authentic markings, as well as model-specific features, including the bright yellow paint scheme of the RAF “Yellowjacks” on the Gnat and a three-blade prop and Fenestron tail on the Gazelle.
